Quick-Lift Drive 125i (QLD 125i)

- The parking function is activated or deactivated by a single pushbutton on the control unit
- The function remains active until the operator changes the function
- Places the QLD 125i in the desired stationary position without physical constraints for the operator

Three brakes
- Two brakes at the fixed rails in the X-direction and one at the right of motion in the Y-direction

- The parking function setting is activated and deactivated using a single button on the control unit
- Stops the end effector at the desired position
- Ergonomic beneficial for operator by minimizing rapid brakes
- Provides increased security and prevents the control unit from wandering away

Three asynchronous motors

Set in motion by using a patented control handle and rope angle sensors. Both sense the operator’s hand/arm movement and give a very exact and even speed control. The rope drifts from the vertical line when the load is guided horizontally. The motor starts and follows in the same direction as the rope. The maximum horizontal speed is 1m/sec.
Furthermore, only a small initial force is needed to engage the up/down motion of the control handle.
When released, it stops immediately.

Quick-Lift Rail 125i (QLR 125i)

- Preprogrammed work radius where the brakes are automatically activated
- The halting function for required positions in the Y direction is installed and generated by means of a laser detector.
- Halting times and radii stops are programmed in the iLab 2

Manoeuvring is done with Binar Handling's patented manoeuvring handle and wire angle sensors. Only a small force is needed to engage the up/down motion.

The equipment also follows the operator’s movement horizontally.

Horizontal movements of the load make the lifting wire deviate from its vertical line. The drives then start and move in the same direction as the wire has deviated from its vertical line. One (1) meter per second, is the maximum speed horizontally.
